Our company is headed by Mr. Patryk Kruk, whose many years of experience in managing investment processes, consulting and cooperation with clients allowed us to prepare and create a team focused on activities in all projects in the construction industry.

Renovation of tenement houses
We started our business on the construction and renovation market, specializing in the renovation of historic tenement houses. These projects are characterized by high complexity
of the renovation process, related to maintaining the unique character of historic buildings; they require great care to preserve the unique architecture of the past.
Nemesis Development gives a second life to forgotten buildings, damaged by the passage
of time. In addition to the renovation itself, we also help with administrative processes, including: we check and analyze the documentation of tenement houses and, working closely with provincial conservators of monuments, we try to restore them to their former glory.
